Desk

I now have a desk! I've been wanting to have one to have a space where I can work my creative magic (ha ha) and I have one now, thanks a ton to my brother, Josh, for letting me use his until he needs it back. I love having my own little space where I can work on whatever project I want to and not have to worry about having to clean up all the papers or whatever as I would have to if I only had the kitchen table or the floor to work on.
I just finished scanning Andy's dad's mission pictures. He served in Norway (lots of snow!) It's been fun to see him when he was on his mission and I know he'll enjoy looking at them, too. I love pictures. Andy discovered this while we were engaged. I told him there was a severe lack of pictures in his apartment and he was like "what do mean, there are lots of pictures." Of course these were his pictures of landscapes he had taken, which are beautiful and wonderful, but I was talking about family pictures. I love going into houses that have family pictures hanging up or on shelves. I think it makes it more interesting and more homey. I can't wait to get family pictures up on our walls :) I know Andy's absolutely thrilled about it :)
