Andy and I woke up this morning to no power. It sure makes you grateful to have power. I kept trying to think of things we could have for breakfast and nothing came to mind that didn't need power or milk (which we didn't have). So, we went to Mimi's :) We quite enjoyed it! Mimi's is a really good restaurant, for anyone who hasn't ever been there.
Thankfully, the power is now back on and, even better, earlier than they predicted. Apparently there was some equipment problem so the power company had to dig a hole in the playground area in our apartment complex. It was quite the operation, but they fixed it.

At least they fixed it. :)
I'll have to remember that, next time the power goes out we'll go out to eat, what a wonderful tradition!
